Fall also means that there is pumpkin everything like Coffee, Cereal, Donuts, and of course Pie. Now I recently saw a photo of a pie on a stick.. I thought to my self, I wonder if its pumpkin or cherry , and if it would taste better if it was Mickey shaped, because everything always is. 2. Roll our Pie crust, and with your Mickey Mouse cookie cutter cut out Mickey shapes.
  3. Mix together in a bowl the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and brown sugar.

  8. Line up the other half of the pumpkin shapes on top of the bottom pumpkin shape and the pumpkin mixture. Press the edges closed slightly with your fingers.
  9. Using a fork, press around the edges of the pumpkin shape to seal it completely.
  10. Brush the top of the pumpkins with the beaten egg.
  11. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
